The members of the Society were absolutely delighted to once again welcome Sharon to Wales. Sharon told us of her recent trip to North Wales, and did a ‘proper tidy’ job of Welsh place names.... although if she did visit Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, she didn’t let on!
Sharon demonstrated and explained her way of working in watercolour to shape a face, generously sharing her techniques, colour palette and the form of a face, in such a clear, straightforward and fun way. Sharon’s lively and fun demo was accompanied by anecdotes, including a spooky Welsh one! The members extended a big ‘thank you’ to Sharon.. and We’ll Keep A Welcome In The Hillside For You!!
